Course Content
There are 8 modules to complete:
Introduction to business strategy
Using analysis for growth
Business modelling and the PDE method
Building the business through training and recruitment within your business needs
Looking at your processes and operations
Successful sales planning and execution, and the art of selling strategically
Market and business research
Scaling and expansion, looking at business culture in the different stages of business
All sessions will be held on zoom and taught live by both of us, but they will recorded so you can watch on catch up if you can't make a live session or re-watch at a time to suit you. You'll also receive a workbook for each session.
On completion, you will need to complete a case study and examination which will be independently graded, before you are awarded your accreditation. You will have 6 months to complete the case study and exam.
Remember, it is not a simple process to receive CPD certification, so rest assured, the level of content is at the very top level – otherwise it wouldn’t have been accredited.

The course will consist of 8 x 45-60 minute sessions, held on Zoom (these will be available to watch on catch up as well). These will start on Wednesday 30th April 2025 at 7.30pm, stop for half term week commencing 26th May, and recommence on Wednesday 4th June with our last session being on Wednesday 25th June.

Meet Katherine & Penny
Identical twins Katherine Pop and Penny Clemmow were born in Essex and spent most of their childhood in Hertfordshire before departing to universities in different parts of the country.
They each have two grown up daughters and have four dogs of various shapes and sizes between them.
Katherine and Penny have a combined 55 years of experience running businesses and both currently run other businesses in addition to being consultants at The Business Success Company, so they understand the fears and frustrations of business owners and the skills they need in order to thrive.
